Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Clinical Support Specialist, located in Greater Boston. The Clinical Support Specialist will provide clinical support and training to healthcare providers, ensure effective communication, and deliver exceptional customer service. Daily tasks will include assisting with medical devices, offering product education, and supporting physicians and staff during medical procedures.
