About Us
Pyramid Plus South, a joint venture partnership between
A2Dominion and Mears Property Services, provides repairs and maintenance,
compliance, planned replacements and fire risk assessment works. We
successfully complete over 35,000 repairs, 1,000 voids and fit 600 kitchens and
bathrooms annually to 23,500 homes. With a wide range of upcoming projects,
there are exciting times ahead as we continue to grow
Day-to-day duties
Asbestos
management – Coordinate with clients and specialist contractors, handle
scheduling, resident liaison, and ensure compliance paperwork is
completed.
Scaffolding
coordination – Oversee assessments, permits, bookings, and removals,
ensuring full compliance and timely updates for all involved parties.
Legal
Disrepair management – Handle complex legal disrepair cases, including
evidence gathering, coordination, and urgent scheduling.
Operative
scheduling and job monitoring – Schedule and monitor operatives\’ diaries
across geographical areas, ensuring jobs are carried out efficiently and
on time.
Client
correspondence – Manage client communication via email, ensuring all
correspondence is responded to promptly and accurately.
Role Criteria
Previous
experience in compliancy desirable but not essential.
Previous
Planning experience
Strong
attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
Strong
customer service ethos with clear, effective communication.
IT
literate, with experience in scheduling and compliance tools.
Ability
to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
