Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain robust financial models to support strategic initiatives and investment decisions
- Develop and evaluate business cases, including cost-benefit analysis, ROI, and scenario modelling
- Partner with project teams to assess the financial impact of change initiatives
- Produce high-quality, insight-driven reporting to support senior stakeholders and executive decision‑making
- Support the delivery of transformation projects, often acting in a Finance Analyst capacity across multiple workstreams
- Analyse complex datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Contribute to performance and efficiency initiatives, including value-for-money analysis where relevant
- Engage with stakeholders across Finance, Procurement, and the wider business to gather information and provide financial challenge
- Present financial insights clearly and persuasively to senior leaders
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent), or equivalent experience in a finance role
- Strong experience in financial modelling and business case development
- Commercial mindset, with the ability to evaluate investment decisions and drive value
- Advanced Excel skills, with the ability to work confidently with complex data
- Experience producing clear, insight‑led outputs for senior stakeholders
- Comfortable working in project‑based or transformation environments
- Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to tell a compelling story through data
- Proactive and resilient, with the ability to work independently and navigate ambiguity
- Collaborative approach, with experience working cross‑functionally
- 25 days’ holiday (plus Bank Holidays) increasing up to 28 days with 3 years of service.
