About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and organised Building Services Co‑Ordinator to support the contract management of Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) services across the A2Dominion property portfolio. This is a key role within our Building Services team, helping to ensure compliance, performance excellence and outstanding customer service. You will work closely with Contract Managers, Engineers and a wide range of internal and external stakeholders to ensure repairs, compliance activities and contractor performance are effectively managed, monitored and reported on.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Building Services Contract Managers and Engineers in delivering effective M&E contract management, compliance and repair resolution
- Prepare performance, compliance, financial and KPI reports to monitor contractor delivery against legislative and A2Dominion requirements
- Manage and maintain asset, performance and financial data, supporting the implementation of new systems where required
- Track repair progress and outstanding works, liaising with contract teams to ensure timely completion
- Organise and attend meetings, preparing agendas, minutes and action logs (including occasional off‑site or out‑of‑hours meetings)
- Support the resolution of customer complaints by coordinating information, monitoring repairs and maintaining clear customer communication
- Raise work orders, manage variations and process payments up to delegated financial limits
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure a joined‑up and customer‑focused service
- Provide regular updates to the Building Services Contracts Manager on complaints, risks, contractor performance and emerging issues
More About You
- You’ll be highly organised, customer‑focused and comfortable working with data, systems and multiple stakeholders.
- You’ll enjoy supporting technical teams and helping to improve services through accurate reporting and coordination.
- Level 3 or 4 qualification (preferably M&E related) or at least 3 years’ relevant experience
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and vocational study
- Experience in a customer‑focused, maintenance or repairs environment (ideally M&E related)
- Proven experience reporting on performance, budgets and KPIs
- Strong data management skills with a high level of accuracy
- Experience managing complaints and updating stakeholders regularly
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong relationship‑building skills across internal and external partners
- Good understanding of asset management principles and the importance of quality stock data
- Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office and database systems, with the ability to analyse data and identify risks
- Knowledge of Building Regulations and compliance standards
- Full UK driving licence and access to a car
