We’re seeking a Quant-Trader / Researcher to join our trading team and play a key role in our options trading operation. You will be responsible for developing and improving systematic trading strategies, conducting quantitative research, and contributing to the evolution of our trading models and infrastructure. The role combines research, modelling, and trading, with direct impact on both performance and strategy.

  • Develop and test quantitative trading strategies across options and derivatives markets
  • Build and refine models for pricing, risk, and signal generation
  • Work with large datasets to generate signals, validate hypotheses, and improve strategy performance
  • Collaborate with developers to implement research into production systems
  • Participate in live trading and execution, applying research insights in real-time market conditions
  • Monitor and manage portfolio risk, including Greeks and P&L drivers
  • Conduct post-trade analysis and improve strategy performance
  • Contribute to the design of trading tools, analytics, and infrastructure

Strong coding skills (Python, C++, q). Experience with statistical modelling / time-series analysis. Experience managing an options book or HFT/MFT systematic trading. Ability to think probabilistically and make disciplined risk decisions under pressure. A high degree of autonomy and impact in shaping our options trading operation.
