About the Role: We are currently seeking professional and reliable SIA Licensed Door Supervisors to join our team at a hotel in Exeter. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of an exciting new site and play a key role in maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for guests and staff. Key Responsibilities: * Monitoring CCTV and patrolling the premises to ensure safety and security * Controlling access to the hotel and managing visitor logs * Responding to incidents, emergencies, and alarms * Providing excellent customer service to hotel guests and staff * Completing detailed and accurate incident reports * Working closely with hotel management and emergency services if required Requirements: * Valid SIA Door Supervisor License (Essential) * Proven experience in security, ideally in hospitality or similar environments * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong observation skills and attention to detail * Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure * Punctual, reliable, and presentable Shift Pattern: * 4 on, 4 off * 12-hour shifts (days, nights, or rotating depending on site requirements) What We Offer: * Stable and consistent shift pattern * Supportive management team * Ongoing training and development opportunities * Opportunity to grow with a new and exciting site Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: £12.21-£13.50 per hour Benefits: * On-site parking Schedule: * 12 hour shift Ability to commute/relocate: * Exeter EX5: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required) Licence/Certification: * SIA Door Supervisors Licence (required) Work Location: In person Expected start date: 20/07/2025
