As the main agents and resellers of top European brands, their reputation is built on quality, reliability, and technical expertise.
We are looking for a mechanically minded Field Service Engineer with experience in installation, servicing, and repair of processing machinery, including CNC machines. This role offers variety, challenge, and the chance to develop your skills while working on some of the most advanced machinery in the industry. You will be the key point of contact for our customers, ensuring their machines run at peak performance.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience in mechanical and electrical fault-finding on processing machinery, including CNC machines.
- Confident communicator with fluent English and strong interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and reliable, able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Previous experience in glass or stone industries is a bonus, but not essential; we provide full training.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using computers and tablets for diagnostics and reporting.
- Full, valid UK driving licence.
WHAT WE OFFER:
- Competitive Salary: £37,000 per year base, with total earnings around £46,000, including optional overtime.
- Flexible Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour days with regular optional overtime.
