They are looking for a midweight to provide spatial and technical design drawings.
FF&E and Accessories schemes from conception through to installation, including scheming, sourcing, budgeting and procurement.
The ideal candidate must have:
A degree, Diploma or equivalent in Interior Design
5+ years post-graduate experience good commercial experience in the residential sector. Preferably high end.
Full proficiency 2D VectorWorks
Technical drawing proficiency in creating various plans, elevations and detail drawings
Experience on site with various consultants and contractors with an ability to understand and solve problems.
Knowledge of the Microsoft suite, particularly Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel
Broad knowledge of FF&E suppliers, products and trade costs.
Financial understanding of project costs and budget awareness.
Impeccable and concise communication and presentation skills, verbal and written. They must be fluent in spoken and written English.
