We have a client based in East Sussex who work in the print and design sector for a variety of organisations providing fulfilment, marketing material, direct mail etc. They want an assistant to work with the finance and accounts team 3 days a week to start with, growing into 5 days once more established.
They are looking for someone who is very administrative, has really good attention to detail, and is IT literate with good knowledge of Word, Excel, and the usual software. The company uses the Xero accounting package; experience with this software would be great but is not essential.
Must drive, as they are not based near any public transport stops, but they do have plenty of parking spaces available. Experience in a similar role would be good, but this is a junior position, so again, it is not essential.
Please make sure that your location and phone number are included in your application.
