We are seeking a Quantity Surveyor / Estimator with Demolition experience for our client who are a demolition company based near Oxford.
Role Summary
Responsible for estimating demolition and removal projects, preparing tenders, and supporting project delivery from enquiry through to handover.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare estimates, tenders, and quotations
- Review drawings, specifications, and site requirements
- Carry out site visits at tender stage
- Assess labour, plant, materials, and subcontractor costs
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams
- Support contract handover and project delivery
- Assist with PQQs and pre-contract processes
Requirements
- Experience in estimating within demolition or similar sector
- Good knowledge of construction methods and demolition practices
- Understanding of health & safety and relevant regulations
- Ability to interpret technical documents and drawings
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Full UK driving licence
