Key Responsibilities: * Lead engaging, informative, and fun tours around London’s top landmarks and lesser-known spots. * Share interesting facts, stories, and anecdotes that captivate passengers. * Ensure passenger safety, comfort, and satisfaction throughout the journey. * Provide excellent customer service, answering questions, and offering recommendations. * Work closely with the driver and other team members to ensure smooth operation. * Adapt your delivery to suit a variety of audiences, from tourists to locals.
