We are seeking an experienced site manager for our client, the site is in Peterhead AB42 and work is scheduled to last 4 months. Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm.
Job Summary: Manage and oversee a refurbishment project on site, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to required quality standards. Responsible for subcontractor coordination, H&S compliance, progress reporting, and day-to-day site management.
Key Requirements:
- Senior site management experience
- CSCS Black Card
- SMSTS
- IOSH or NEBOSH
- First Aid at Work
- Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
Desirable:
- IPAF
- Forklift certification
