As a Lettings Negotiator, you will be the key link between landlords and tenants, responsible for generating new business, marketing properties, arranging viewings, and managing the lettings process through to move-in.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote our client professionally at all times
- Handle enquiries from landlords and tenants
- Canvass for new business and negotiate terms within company margins
- Arrange and attend valuations and viewings
- Market properties effectively (photos, descriptions, floor plans)
- Ensure all deals comply with company procedures and legal requirements
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year’s experience as a Lettings Negotiator
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Commercially aware and target-driven
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Full UK driving licence and own car
- Flexible to work evenings when required
- Eligible to work in the UK
