As a Lettings Negotiator, you will be the key link between landlords and tenants, responsible for generating new business, marketing properties, arranging viewings, and managing the lettings process through to move-in.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote our client professionally at all times
  • Handle enquiries from landlords and tenants
  • Canvass for new business and negotiate terms within company margins
  • Arrange and attend valuations and viewings
  • Market properties effectively (photos, descriptions, floor plans)
  • Ensure all deals comply with company procedures and legal requirements

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year’s experience as a Lettings Negotiator
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Commercially aware and target-driven
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Full UK driving licence and own car
  • Flexible to work evenings when required
  • Eligible to work in the UK
