We are seeking an experienced Demolition Contracts Manager to oversee and manage demolition projects from pre-start through to completion for our client.

The successful candidate will have strong demolition industry experience and be confident managing multiple contracts, site teams, programmes, budgets, and client relationships.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years’ demolition industry experience
  • Previous experience as a Contracts Manager within demolition
  • Strong knowledge of CDM Regulations, H&S legislation, and asbestos regulations
  • Experience managing site teams, subcontractors, and plant/resources
  • Ability to produce and review Plans of Work, Risk Assessments & COSHH
  • Good commercial awareness and understanding of construction contracts (JCT preferred)
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills
  • CCDO Manager Card (or working towards)
  • Full UK Driving Licence

Role Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day delivery of demolition contracts
  • Ensure works are delivered safely, on programme and within budget
  • Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
  • Oversee compliance, statutory notifications, and documentation
  • Support commercial processes including variations and valuations
  • Lead and develop site management teams
