We are looking for an experienced Facade Estimator for our client in Welling, Kent. The role involves preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for façade and cladding projects, including rainscreen, EWI, and fire remediation works, supporting both new‑build and refurbishment schemes.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare cost estimates, take-offs, and tender submissions
- Review drawings, specifications, and compliance documents
- Obtain supplier/subcontractor quotes
- Identify risks and support value engineering
- Assist with fire remediation pricing and compliance requirements
Working Hours
Mon-Fri, 8:30am-5:00pm (37.5 hrs/week)
