About the Role:
You will be jointly responsible for overseeing daily coach operations, supervising drivers, resolving real-time issues, maintaining legal and operational compliance, and ensuring excellent service delivery. You will also be expected to drive on occasion when needed.

- A valid PCV licence is essential
- Prior coach driving experience is a must
- Sound knowledge of London roads and popular tourist locations (including parking and access restrictions)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to resolve issues under pressure and support a high-functioning driver team
- Willingness to be flexible, including holiday periods
