Overview
A1 Stairlifts are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, and motivated apprentice to join our small team.
You'll gain hands-on experience supporting customers in person, over the phone, and via email, with full training provided.
We're always happy to answer your questions, so you can get a real insight into the role.
What you'll do
- Support the Finance and Admin Manager with processing invoices and matching purchase orders
- Send out customer statements and check supplier statements
- Assist with packing website orders and updating product prices
- Answer telephone calls and emails; deal with colleagues to obtain clarification when required
- Data input and general administration across the business
- Greet customers in the shop and assist with incoming post
- Help with daily tasks across departments to gain knowledge and experience
- Receive training on using the CRM software Big Change and the Finance system Xero
- Full college training support to obtain a working knowledge across required areas
- Training and progression
We will support you with your college training and ensure you obtain a full working knowledge to cover all areas you are required to complete.
Potential for a full-time role upon completion of the apprenticeship.
