Due to continued growth, we are seeking a motivated and reliable individual to join our production team in a dual role combining label finishing and warehouse responsibilities. The Role This is a varied and hands-on position combining: Flexographic Label Slitting & Rewinding Operating slitting and rewinding machinery to convert printed labels to customer specifications. Carrying out quality checks to ensure labels meet customer and company standards. Accurately packing and preparing finished goods for dispatch. Completing production paperwork and maintaining production records. Ensuring all work is completed safely and efficiently. Stores & Warehouse Duties Receiving and checking incoming deliveries. Loading and unloading goods. Managing goods inwards and goods outwards processes. Stock control and inventory management. Picking, packing and preparing customer orders for shipment. Maintaining a clean, organised and safe warehouse environment. The Ideal Candidate Will Have: Previous experience within a flexographic label manufacturing environment (highly desirable) Experience operating slitting and rewinding equipment Good attention to detail and quality awareness Strong organisational and time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Forklift licence (desirable but not essential) Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop What We Offer Competitive hourly rate with salary negotiable based on experience Modern manufacturing facility Permanent full-time position 4-day working week giving excellent work-life balance Friendly and supportive team environment Opportunity to work within a growing, family-owned business
