A1 Pharmaceuticals is a MHRA registered pharmaceutical wholesaler, supplying a wide range of products to retail pharmacy. Dedicated to providing our customers with savings on their FP10 purchasing. As part of our continued growth strategy, we are looking for a highly motivated Sales Consultant to join our sales team and work within the London and Essex area.
You will proactively engage with new and existing pharmacies, promoting our product ranges to achieve your sales targets. This role requires excellent communication, strong sales skills, and a passion for sales. The ideal candidate will lead the account development and sales strategy within their allocated accounts, to expand our reach within the UK pharmacy market. They should be skilled at building and maintaining relationships with clients and work to provide exceptional customer service.
A large portion of your time will be spent prospecting for new clients and selling the benefits of purchasing from A1 Pharmaceuticals along with an own label range of pharmacy-based products. You will be responsible for selling a variety of product categories to retail pharmacy, working closely with the purchasing team to expand our offering and grow revenues and margins.
What will you do?
- Conduct visits to pharmacy clients to sell our product lines.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and recommending solutions.
- Develop in-depth product knowledge to effectively address inquiries.
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Identify and qualify new sales opportunities and follow up on leads.
- Accurately process sales orders and maintain client data in our CRM.
- Gather market feedback and resolve customer concerns efficiently.
- Prospect for new accounts.
- Develop positive relationships with clients.
- Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to clients in a timely manner.
- Work with the sales and purchasing team to hit targets.
- Work strategically to grow your revenue and profit streams.
- Liase with credit control to ensure timely payment of accounts.
- Maintain regulatory compliance and adherence to procedures.
- Work collaboratively with the telesales team to ensure leads are followed up.
What are we looking for?
- Minimum of 1-2 years of sales or direct sales experience, with a demonstrable track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening.
- Resilient, organized, and proficient with CRM software and MS Office.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable.
- Understanding of sales performance metrics.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
