Our client is recruiting an Administrator to join their established team in Stanford Le Hope.
Salary: £25,000 – £30,000 per annum
Hours: 08:30 – 17:30, Monday to Friday
Location: Fully office-based - You will need to be a car driver due to location
About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Administrator to join our team in Stanford Le Hope. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage the mailbox, ensuring all emails are actioned promptly.
- Handle day-to-day bookings and administrative tasks, including responding to emails, speaking with customers, and distributing correspondence internally.
- Provide effective liaison and support between the bookings/administration department, customers, and other teams.
- Assist with checking rate confirmations, rating jobs, and preparing invoices.
- Perform general administrative duties such as answering calls, data input, and arranging meetings.
- Liaise with support teams to resolve IT or system-related issues affecting the department.

- Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
