We’re looking for a Production Services Manager to join our talented Production Services Team someone who can lead projects from brief to delivery with confidence, creativity, and a passion for excellence.
About the Role
As a key link between our internal teams, clients, and production departments, you’ll ensure every project runs smoothly, efficiently, and aligns perfectly with client expectations. You’ll champion right-first-time quality, on-time-in-full delivery (OTIF), and a client-first mindset.
From interpreting briefs and guiding prototyping to overseeing production stages and driving continuous improvement, you’ll play an essential role in delivering outstanding work and shaping the evolution of our production services.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Partner with Client Service Teams to understand briefs, client expectations, and project success criteria.
- Collaborate with CAD, production, and client-focused teams to innovate from initial concept through to pre-production prototyping.
- Communicate proactively throughout every stage of the project lifecycle.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, profitability, and service excellence.
- Identify opportunities to integrate new technologies and smarter ways of working.
- Own project management with clarity ensuring accountability, transparent reporting, and strong workflow control.
- Work cross-functionally to minimise waste, maximise profitability, and elevate customer satisfaction.
- Support and mentor colleagues within the Production Services and Client Service teams.
