Our client is looking for a motivated and experienced Senior Building Surveyor to take the lead on exciting new projects in their Leeds office. If you’re ready to step into a role with real responsibility, variety, and the chance to mentor others—this is it.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage small to mid-scale building surveying projects from end to end
• Deliver high-quality technical design, reports, and specifications
• Lead on building surveys, party wall matters, feasibility studies, and contract administration
• Guide and support junior team members
• Liaise confidently with clients, consultants, and contractors
• Ensure all work complies with ISO 19650 and JCT contracts

What We’re Looking For:

• Degree in Building Surveying (MRICS preferred)
• Proven experience in building surveys, project delivery & client management
• Strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills
• Knowledge of building regulations and construction practices
• Confident working independently and as part of a collaborative team
