We have an exciting opportunity for a talented and motivated Conveyancing Solicitor to join a well-established and growing law firm based in Reading, Berkshire.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious legal professional who enjoys managing their own caseload, delivering exceptional client service and being part of a supportive and forward-thinking team.
The Role
You will be responsible for managing a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, including:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Remortgages and transfers of equity
- New-build transactions
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and other solicitors
- Providing clear, practical legal advice throughout the conveyancing process
- Ensuring transactions progress efficiently while maintaining high standards of client care and compliance
About You
We are looking for someone who:
- Is a qualified Solicitor with experience in residential conveyancing
- Can confidently manage their own caseload independently
- Has excellent communication and client relationship skills
- Is highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Takes a proactive, commercially minded approach
- Enjoys working collaboratively within a professional team
