Manage a varied caseload of civil and commercial litigation matters from initial instruction through to resolution. Draft high-quality pleadings, witness statements, legal correspondence and other court documentation . Conduct detailed legal research and provide clear, commercially focused legal advice. Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings and alternative dispute resolution (ADR) . Work closely with colleagues to develop effective litigation strategies and achieve the best possible outcomes for clients. Keep up to date with relevant legislation, case law and procedural developments. Qualified solicitor/lawyer or equivalent legal qualification. Previous experience in civil and/or commercial litigation is preferred. Strong legal drafting and advocacy skills. Competitive salary of £40,000+ depending on experience.
