I'm currently recruiting for a SCADA Engineer on behalf of a well-established food manufacturing company based in South Essex. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong SCADA and PLC experience to join a forward-thinking team working on automation and process improvement in a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop, maintain, and optimise SCADA systems across the manufacturing site.
- Program and troubleshoot PLCs (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, etc.).
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to enhance system performance.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and health & safety standards.
- Support automation upgrades and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Proven experience with SCADA systems and PLC programming.
- Background in manufacturing, ideally within the food industry.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
