A well-established, multi-service London law firm with a strong presence in dispute resolution. The firm advises a diverse client base including individuals, SMEs, and commercial clients, and is known for handling a broad spectrum of litigation matters.

An opportunity has arisen for a Newly Qualified Solicitor up to 5 years’ PQE to join a busy and growing Litigation Department. You will manage your own caseload (appropriate to experience) while supporting senior solicitors on more complex disputes. The role offers excellent exposure to a wide variety of contentious matters and strong progression opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing a caseload of litigation matters from inception to resolution
  • Advising clients on civil and commercial disputes
  • Drafting pleadings, witness statements, and legal correspondence
  • Conducting legal research and preparing case strategies
  • Handling negotiations and settlement discussions
  • Attending court hearings, mediations, and client meetings
  • Supporting senior fee earners on complex, high-value matters

Candidate Requirements

  • Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales

  • Excellent drafting and communication skills
  • Commercial awareness and client-focused approach
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
