About the Opportunity
A1 Personnel is recruiting on behalf of an established and growing law firm in West London, seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation Solicitor (5–10 PQE) to join our clients expanding Dispute Resolution team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious and commercially minded solicitor looking to take the next step in their career, with exposure to complex, high-value litigation matters and genuine opportunities for professional development.
Working closely with experienced Litigation Partners, the successful candidate will handle a diverse caseload, including complex domestic and international disputes, while enjoying a high level of autonomy within a supportive and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will advise on and manage a broad range of commercial disputes, including:
- Commercial contract disputes and contractual claims
- Shareholder, director and partnership disputes
- Civil fraud, asset tracing and recovery matters
- Injunctive relief and urgent court applications
- Domestic and international arbitration
- Real estate and property-related litigation
- Cross-border and multi-jurisdictional disputes
- Enforcement proceedings and asset recovery
- High Court litigation
You will also be responsible for managing your own caseload, providing strategic and commercially focused advice to clients, and working alongside senior colleagues on more complex matters.
About You
We are looking for a confident, motivated and technically strong solicitor who can demonstrate:
- Qualification as a Solicitor in England and Wales
- Approximately 5–10 years' post-qualification experience in commercial litigation
- Strong experience handling a range of complex commercial disputes
- Excellent drafting, analytical and negotiation skills
- The ability to manage cases independently and confidently
- Strong commercial awareness and a practical, solutions-focused approach
- Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
- A proactive attitude and the ambition to develop professionally
Experience in High Court litigation, arbitration and cross-border disputes would be particularly advantageous.
