Are you passionate about delivering first-class HR service and making a real impact in a fast-paced environment? We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our UK HR team!
As the first point of contact for HR queries, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting both employees and managers with expert advice and seamless HR administration throughout the employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Chelmsford HR Helpdesk and phone lines, offering professional and timely support
- Handle the HR ticketing tool and shared inbox
- Guide employees and managers on HR policies and procedures
- Support onboarding and offboarding , including induction of new joiners
- Process and communicate employee data, including contracts and changes
- Maintain and update Workday HRIS to ensure data accuracy
- Provide administrative support for reward schemes and benefit programmes
- Prepare reports—both standard and ad hoc
- Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and work instructions
- Coordinate and contribute to key HR projects
- Support disciplinary hearings, grievances, consultations, redundancies, and collective bargaining activity
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in a busy HR function
- Proficient in Workday HRIS
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
- Strong ability to multitask, prioritise and work with a process improvement mindset
- A meticulous eye for detail with a “right first time” approach
- Accountable and tenacious, always focused on delivering a positive employee experience
- A proactive, self-motivated team player
- Familiarity with systems such as SuccessFactors , Cornerstone , or iCIMS is a plus
