We are recruiting for a Production Operative to join a specialist manufacturing facility producing highly technical and bespoke products based in West Thurrock.

Key Responsibilities Support daily blending and production activities safely and efficiently.
Handle tanker receipts and despatches.
Carry out product blending, movements and decanting.
Maintain high housekeeping and equipment standards.
Follow production plans, work instructions and safety procedures.
Monitor and report production progress and operational issues.
Support continuous improvement and identify operational efficiencies.
Maintain accurate stock and production records using ERP systems.
Participate in emergency response duties and act as a Fire Marshal when required.
