We are currently seeking an experienced Legal Administrator to join a professional and fast-paced team based in Basildon. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised and detail-oriented individual with previous experience within a similar onboarding or client administration role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing the end-to-end onboarding process for new private clients
  • Conducting client due diligence and compliance checks in line with company procedures
  • Preparing and reviewing onboarding documentation accurately and efficiently
  • Liaising with clients, advisers, and internal departments to obtain required information
  • Maintaining accurate client records and updating internal systems
  • Supporting the wider administration and compliance teams where required
  • Ensuring all onboarding processes are completed within agreed service levels

Requirements
