We are currently seeking an experienced and highly organised Conveyancing Legal Secretary / Assistant to join a busy and friendly legal team based in Chelmsford.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing full secretarial and administrative support to fee earners within the conveyancing department
- Preparing legal documents, contracts, and correspondence
- Managing client files from instruction through to completion
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and solicitors
- Handling telephone and email enquiries in a professional manner
- Audio typing and general document production
- Diary management and scheduling appointments
Requirements:
- Previous experience in residential conveyancing is essential
