An industry-leading manufacturer of LED lighting systems for commercial, emergency, and military vehicles is looking for a Design Engineer with direct experience in automotive lighting. This is a hands-on, full lifecycle design role where your expertise will contribute to safer, smarter vehicle systems.
Based in Harlow, Essex (on-site, with free parking), you’ll join a collaborative team focused on delivering high-performance products that meet rigorous industry standards.

What You’ll Do:
- Design lighting products from concept through production
- Develop specifications, prototypes, and tooling files
- Coordinate internal testing and external compliance (CE/UKCA)
- Modify and improve existing designs
- Collaborate with in-house labs, suppliers, and project teams
What You’ll Bring:
- Proven experience in automotive lighting design
