Due to continued growth and the exciting addition of a new lending partner, our client is looking to appoint an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor, ideally with a background in Real Estate Finance, to join their busy and growing team.

The Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a varied caseload of property transactions, providing expert legal advice and ensuring transactions progress efficiently from instruction through to completion.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing conveyancing matters from initial instruction to completion.
- Handling property transactions and associated legal documentation.
- Working on real estate finance and lender-related transactions where applicable.
- Liaising with lenders, clients, estate agents and other legal professionals.
- Carrying out due diligence, title investigations and legal checks.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
- Delivering excellent client service while meeting deadlines.
About You
We are keen to speak with candidates who have:
- Qualified Solicitor status with experience in conveyancing.
- Experience working with lenders and property finance transactions.
- Strong technical knowledge of property law and conveyancing procedures.
- Excellent communication, organisation and client management skills.
- The ability to manage a busy caseload independently.
- A proactive, commercially minded approach.
