An established and growing legal practice is seeking a Conveyancing Solicitor to join its dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to develop their career within a supportive and client-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing a varied caseload of residential property matters, including:
  • Residential property sales and purchases
  • Leasehold and freehold transactions
  • Remortgages and transfers of equity
  • Land Registry applications and title checks
  • Drafting and reviewing contracts and deeds
  • Shared ownership and new build purchases
  • Advising clients on Stamp Duty Land Tax (SDLT)
  • Liaising with estate agents, lenders, and other third parties

Candidate Requirements

  • Qualified Solicitor with experience in residential conveyancing
  • Ideally 1–5 years’ PQE, although candidates outside this range will be considered
  • Ability to manage a caseload independently

Skills and Experience

  • Strong communication skills with excellent attention to detail
  • A collaborative approach and ability to work effectively within a team
  • High levels of organisation and the ability to prioritise a busy workload
