An established and growing legal practice is seeking a Conveyancing Solicitor to join its dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to develop their career within a supportive and client-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a varied caseload of residential property matters, including:
- Residential property sales and purchases
- Leasehold and freehold transactions
- Remortgages and transfers of equity
- Land Registry applications and title checks
- Drafting and reviewing contracts and deeds
- Shared ownership and new build purchases
- Advising clients on Stamp Duty Land Tax (SDLT)
- Liaising with estate agents, lenders, and other third parties
Candidate Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor with experience in residential conveyancing
- Ideally 1–5 years’ PQE, although candidates outside this range will be considered
- Ability to manage a caseload independently
Skills and Experience
- Strong communication skills with excellent attention to detail
- A collaborative approach and ability to work effectively within a team
- High levels of organisation and the ability to prioritise a busy workload
