Job Title: Civil Litigation Solicitor / Lawyer
Location: Essex
Salary: £42,500 – £55,000 (DOE) + Partnership Prospects

Overview:
A well-established and reputable law firm in Essex is seeking a skilled Civil Litigation Solicitor or Legal Executive to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a legal professional with a minimum of 1–2 years’ experience in litigation to take on a varied caseload and progress within a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a broad range of litigation matters including:
- Personal Injury (RTA & EL)
- Contested Probate
- Commercial and Contract Disputes
- Employment Law
- Land and Boundary Issues
- Prepare and file legal documents including pleadings and applications.
- Conduct legal research and develop case strategies.
- Represent clients in hearings, trials, and mediations.
- Negotiate settlements and maintain client relationships.
- Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to departmental growth.
Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor, Barrister, or Legal Executive with a valid practising certificate.
- Proven experience in civil litigation.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
