About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented

Civil & Commercial Litigation Lawyer to join our growing London team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified solicitor or lawyer looking to develop their career within a dynamic litigation practice.

You will manage a varied caseload, advise clients on complex disputes, and play an active role in achieving successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a varied caseload of civil and commercial litigation matters from initial instruction through to resolution.
  • Draft high-quality pleadings, witness statements, legal correspondence and other court documentation .
  • Conduct detailed legal research and provide clear, commercially focused legal advice.
  • Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings and alternative dispute resolution (ADR) .
  • Develop and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients.
  • Work closely with colleagues to develop effective litigation strategies and achieve the best possible outcomes for clients.
  • Manage case deadlines, documentation and correspondence effectively.
  • Keep up to date with relevant legislation, case law and procedural developments.

Requirements

  • Qualified solicitor/lawyer or equivalent legal qualification.
  • Previous experience in civil and/or commercial litigation is preferred.
  • Strong legal drafting and advocacy skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • A proactive and commercially minded approach.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering a high standard of client service.
