We are looking for a proactive Transport Supervisor / Logistics Coordinator to manage day-to-day logistics and ensure timely delivery of products. This role is for a 12 months Maternity Cover and may have the opportunity to become permanent.
The role involves liaising with commercial, procurement, and production teams, as well as building strong relationships with customers and third-party providers.
Responsibilities:- Manage daily logistics schedules (goods in/out)
- Communicate clearly with customers and internal teams
- Ensure deliveries comply with ADR/IMDG/IATA standards
- Monitor third-party logistics providers and maintain accurate documentation
- Support customs and transport processes
- Prioritise workload and resolve issues proactively
- 2+ years in logistics or commercial operations
- Customer/supplier interface experience
- Knowledge of import/export or customs desirable
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; CRM/ERP experience desirable
- Strong organisational, planning, and problem-solving skills
