Are you an experienced Property Litigation Solicitor looking to take the next step in your career? We are seeking a talented and commercially minded solicitor with 5+ years' PQE to join our growing Dispute Resolution team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a broad range of high-quality property litigation matters within a supportive and ambitious firm.

The Role

You will manage your own caseload of complex property disputes while working closely with colleagues and clients to deliver practical, strategic legal advice. Your caseload will include:

  • Commercial and residential landlord and tenant disputes
  • Possession claims and forfeiture
  • Boundary and rights of way disputes
  • Easements and restrictive covenant issues
  • Dilapidations claims
  • Trespass and nuisance claims
  • Adverse possession
  • Property-related contract disputes
  • Injunctive relief and enforcement matters
  • Advising landlords, tenants, developers, investors and private clients

You will also play an active role in developing client relationships, mentoring junior team members where appropriate, and contributing to the continued growth of the department.

About You

We're looking for someone who has:

  • ✔ Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
  • ✔ 5+ years' PQE in Property Litigation
  • ✔ Experience managing a varied property litigation caseload independently
  • ✔ Strong technical knowledge of commercial and residential property disputes
  • ✔ Excellent advocacy, negotiation and drafting skills
  • ✔ Outstanding client care and communication skills
  • ✔ A commercial, pragmatic approach to resolving disputes
  • ✔ Business development experience or an enthusiasm for networking and building client relationships
