We are currently seeking an experienced Legal Administrator to join a professional and fast-paced team based in Basildon. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised and detail-oriented individual with previous experience within a similar onboarding or client administration role.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing the end-to-end onboarding process for new private clients
- Conducting client due diligence and compliance checks in line with company procedures
- Preparing and reviewing onboarding documentation accurately and efficiently
- Liaising with clients, advisers, and internal departments to obtain required information
- Maintaining accurate client records and updating internal systems
- Supporting the wider administration and compliance teams where required
- Ensuring all onboarding processes are completed within agreed service levels
Requirements
- Previous experience within a similar client onboarding, private client, compliance, or administration role is essential
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
