We are a growing FMCG food manufacturer seeking an experienced Production Shift Manager to lead production on shift, drive Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement, and maintain the highest standards of food safety, quality, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all production activities during shift
- Drive Lean Manufacturing practices and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with HACCP, food safety, and Health & Safety standards
- Lead, motivate, and develop a multi-skilled production team
- Deliver shift KPIs through effective planning and resource allocation
- Work closely with Technical, NPD, Goods In/Out and Transport teams
About You
- 3–5 years’ supervisory/management experience in FMCG food manufacturing
- Proven Lean Manufacturing experience (CI, waste reduction, efficiency)
- Strong knowledge of HACCP, BRC/SALA or equivalent
- Confident people manager with a hands-on approach
- Organised, proactive, and able to perform under pressure
