About the Role:
As a Quantity Surveyor, you’ll take ownership of commercial management, financial reporting, and client relationships, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Oversee cost assessments and enquiry management
- Lead financial management (valuations, invoicing, documentation)
- Produce accurate commercial reports (CVRs, payment trackers)
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to strategic decisions
