We are seeking a motivated and detail-driven Newly Qualified Civil Litigation Solicitor to join our established and high-performing litigation team. The successful candidate will handle a varied caseload of civil disputes, providing high-quality legal advice while developing their expertise under the guidance of senior solicitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse caseload of civil litigation matters under supervision, including:
- Contractual disputes
- Property-related disputes
- Professional negligence
- Debt recovery
- Landlord & tenant matters
- Consumer disputes
Skills & Experience Required:
- Qualified Solicitor (0–2 PQE) with completed seats in civil litigation, dispute resolution, or a related area.
- Strong knowledge of Civil Procedure Rules (CPR).
- Excellent drafting skills and attention to detail.
- Confident communicator with good interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Desirable:
- Previous litigation paralegal experience pre-training.
- Advocacy experience in lower courts.
- Experience using case management systems.
