Responsibilities:
- Actively source and qualify candidates
- Identify and win new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Network with clients and candidates to generate opportunities
- Continue proactive sales activity alongside delivery
- Work strategically to improve recruitment efficiency and desk growth
What We’re Looking For:
- Sales-driven and commercially minded
- Confident picking up the phone and winning business
- Organised and capable of managing a busy workload
- Motivated to build and grow a new desk
- Based within a reasonable commute to Basildon
- Comfortable working in the office 5 days per week
