We are seeking an experienced Property Solicitor to join our clients established and expanding team in Chelmsford. We are open to candidates specialising in either Commercial Property or Residential Conveyancing, offering the opportunity to work within a supportive and forward-thinking firm with a strong reputation across Essex.

The Role
You will manage your own caseload and provide practical, commercially focused advice to a broad client base.
- Commercial Property Solicitors will handle matters including:
- Commercial acquisitions and disposals
- Landlord and tenant matters
- Commercial leases and lease renewals
- Development and investment transactions
- Secured lending and property finance
- Residential Conveyancing Solicitors will manage:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Remortgages
- Transfers of equity
- New build transactions
- Buy-to-let and investment property matters
About You
- Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
- Minimum 2 years' PQE (applications from all levels considered)
- Experience in either Commercial Property or Residential Conveyancing
- Strong client relationship and communication skills
- Ability to manage a caseload independently
- Commercially minded with a proactive approach
- Ambitious and keen to contribute to a growing team
