Your Day-to-Day:

  • Compile, review, and approve First Article Inspection Reports (FAIRs)
  • Ensure full compliance with customer specs, engineering drawings, and aerospace quality standards
  • Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to gather and verify technical documentation
  • Flag non-conformances, raise ECRs, and support the broader quality assurance framework
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to drive a "right first time" approach to manufacturing
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the QMS

What We’re Looking For:

  • Must-Haves: Engineering or manufacturing background, hands-on experience with FAIR inspections, strong understanding of aerospace quality standards, proficiency with inspection tools and interpreting engineering drawings, high attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Nice-to-Haves: Experience in aerospace manufacturing, previous work involving FAIR submissions, relevant qualifications in Quality, Engineering, or Manufacturing, excellent communication and team skills
