We are looking for talented recruiters who want the support, tools and development needed to reach their maximum potential. This is a genuine opportunity to build and grow your own permanent recruitment desk with the backing of LinkedIn Recruiter — one of the most powerful tools in the recruitment market.

We are open to recruiters from ANY sector. We have found particular success in giving high-performing Temp Consultants the opportunity to move into perms, with some consultants now earning more than 3x the commission they were previously making on temp desks.

Responsibilities:

  • Actively source and qualify candidates
  • Identify and win new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Manage multiple live vacancies effectively
  • Network with clients and candidates to generate opportunities
  • Continue proactive sales activity alongside delivery
  • Work strategically to improve recruitment efficiency and desk growth

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong 360 recruitment experience
  • Sales-driven and commercially minded
  • Confident picking up the phone and winning business
  • Organised and capable of managing a busy workload
  • Motivated to build and grow a new desk
  • Based within a reasonable commute to Basildon
  • Comfortable working in the office 5 days per week
