What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting daily operations with general admin duties (calls, mail, emails)
- Coordinating incoming and outgoing deliveries
- Receiving and logging stock, identifying any discrepancies
- Processing and reporting on returned stock
- Preparing and editing reports for clients and internal teams
- Tracking and recording additional charges
- Building strong working relationships with clients and suppliers
- Supporting special projects and tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of administrative experience
- Confident user of Microsoft Office (especially Excel); WMS familiarity a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Team-oriented and trustworthy with a self-starter mindset
- Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a busy environment
- Bonus: familiarity with basic accounting processes
