Your Key Responsibilities:
Project Support
- Collaborate with the IT team to deliver key technical projects.
- Analyze requirements and align objectives with business and technical goals.
- Assist in enhancing Power Platform solutions (e.g., Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI).
- Work with external developers to troubleshoot and resolve CRM issues.
- Identify risks and escalate issues as needed.
Power Platform & CRM Development
- Design and manage applications using Power Apps and workflows in Power Automate.
- Develop dashboards and reports in Power BI to support decision-making.
- Collaborate to create scalable automation solutions and maintain best practices.
Technical Problem-Solving & Support
- Resolve technical challenges to ensure project continuity.
- Provide first and second-line support for Microsoft 365, hardware, and network issues.
- Manage devices and enforce security policies using Microsoft Intune or similar tools.
Continuous Improvement & Compliance
- Stay updated on tech trends to optimize processes and workflows.
- Contribute to cybersecurity initiatives, risk assessments, and compliance audits.
- Ensure proper access controls to protect sensitive data and systems.
Your Toolkit for Success:
- Experience with Azure AD and Microsoft 365 administration.
- Proficiency in Power Platform tools: Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- CRM troubleshooting and enhancement experience.
