Overview
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Packer to join our client's dynamic team in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that products are accurately packed, labelled, and prepared for shipment. This position requires a strong focus on quality control and the ability to handle materials efficiently.
Duties
- Accurately pick, pack, and label products for shipment according to company
- Reading and marking picking lists
- Weighing and counting large quantities of stock
- Warehouse maintenance (ensuring clear stock locations and a tidy warehouse)
- Packing and palletising various jobs ready for dispatch
- Stripping pallets
- Identifying location errors
- Labelling products
- Other ad-hoc warehouse duties
Requirements
- Previous warehouse experience is highly desirable, particularly in packing or materials handling roles. xgikmsk
- Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes is beneficial.
- Good communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Must be able to use ladders
- Must be comfortable using a ladder
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
