Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner Location: Salary: Up to £55,000 per annum, depending on experience Job Type: Full-timeResidential Conveyancing Fee Earner – Chelmsford – Up to £55,000 We are looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner to join our clients busy Residential, New Build and Shared Ownership team in Chelmsford. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer , although we are also keen to hear from experienced conveyancing professionals who have a strong track record of managing their own caseload. The Role You will manage your own caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to completion, providing a high-quality and responsive service to clients. New build transactions You will work closely with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, developers and other solicitors to ensure transactions progress efficiently and to agreed timescales. About You We are looking for someone with solid residential conveyancing experience who is confident managing their own caseload.
